If you’ve taken a stroll down to Southsea over the last few months, you may have noticed that our office on Clarendon Road has been undergoing a few changes!
We always recommend that our landlords and vendors ensure that their properties are as well-presented and inviting as possible, so we practiced what we preach with our own office and brought in the decorators!!
Over the last two months, we’ve undergone a series of works to improve the internal look and feel of the two-storey office. Downstairs, we’ve refreshed the décor and installed glass walled partitioned offices for the arrival of our newly relocated maintenance and accounts team. Upstairs, our sales and lettings teams, now sit together at brand new desks with state of the art computers (complete with curved widescreens!). Contemporary spotlights and pictures adorn the freshly painted walls and we have brand new wooden flooring throughout.
Bernards Director, Daniel Byrne, explains why he commissioned the improvements: “At Bernards, we have high standards and we really wanted our office space to reflect our modern, fresh and orderly approach. We have integrated our maintenance and accounts teams with our consultant teams as we felt to have everyone under one roof would enhance internal communications and in turn, our clients would benefit from an even better service”.
Southsea Sales Manager, Leon Spicer, is delighted with the recent upgrade for 2017. “There’s a real buzz in the office and my sales team have all said how they feel more connected to our colleagues who are working in other parts of the business as they now sit close by. Feedback from clients has also been positive – our new interior’s been described as ‘slick, fresh and bright’. Feel free to pop in and take a look for yourself, you’ll be made to feel very welcome”.
