Bernards scoop 16 awards from allAgents – UK’s largest customer review website

Bernards has announced that it has been presented with 16 recognition
awards from the UK’s largest customer review website for the property
industry – allAgents – which includes a gold award for ‘best overall
sales branch in Hampshire’ for 2019.

The prestigious 2019 allAgents
Awards are presented to top performing sales and lettings agents across
the UK and recognise businesses who offer the very best customer
experience, based on ratings and feedback from allAgents’ clients.

Two of Bernards’ sales and lettings branches, located in Southsea and
Waterlooville, won 5 allAgents awards and the Portsmouth office scooped
6, including ‘best overall branch in Portsmouth’. Overall, the
independent local sales and lettings agent achieved an impressive
collection of 12 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze awards. The Waterlooville
office, managed by Martin Merrett, was named as ‘Hampshire’s best
overall sales branch – 2019‘, achieving average review ratings of 4.9/5 and recommendations from 99% of their clients on allAgents.

Bernards has been praised elsewhere for its customer orientated
service. A few weeks ago Bernards announced that the Waterlooville
office team had been awarded the accolade of ‘Gold Winner Estate Agent –
Waterlooville’ at the recent British Property Awards 2019. The
team performed to a “gold standard” throughout the extensive judging
period by independent assessors, who focused on assessing how Bernards
performed against 25 criteria that contribute to exceptional customer
service levels.
