It’s not often you can say this about an estate agent, in fact up until now, never. Having dealt with very many over the years all of whom were incompetent, but not in the case of Bernards they gave us a 1st class service always returned phone calls, chased solicitors and purchaser to make sure things stayed on track, whilst there were delays this was not down Bernards.
